Role Overview

As the Delivery Director, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our game projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize delivery processes, and act as the bridge between development, product, and commercial stakeholders. You will play a key role in building and growing the production department from the ground up.

  • Is comfortable working with remote teams and communicating clearly across time zones.

  • Is confident in English, both written and spoken, to support daily coordination and collaboration.

  • Has the drive to build a new department, with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Thinks long-term and can balance daily tasks with a clear vision for team growth.

  • Enjoys working with people and wants to help others grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Build the project management department from the ground up by learning the needs of slot and platform projects and shaping processes to support them.

  • Create clear and simple production workflows using Agile or other appropriate methods.

  • Maintain strong communication among developers, artists, QA, and product teams.

  • Monitor ongoing projects, identify blockers, and suggest improvements.

  • Help with hiring, assigning roles, and growing the right people for the right tasks.

  • Have hands-on experience in game production and working with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Have shipped games—preferably in the slot or mobile gaming space.

  • Be familiar with project tools like Jira or Trello and know how to apply them.

  • Turn company goals into structured team plans and guide them to completion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in game production, with 3+ years in leadership (Delivery Director, Head of Production, etc.).

  • Shipped multiple games

  • Expert in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Trello, and SDLC best practices.

  • Strong financial acumen—managed budgets, forecasts, and P&L for game projects.

  • Leadership skills to inspire art, development, QA, and product teams.

  • Experience with remote/outsourced teams and external partners.

  • Gaming compliance knowledge (GLI, MGA) is a plus.
