Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to every client, ensuring they receive personalized attention and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Actively engaging with clients through outreach initiatives and creative events to drive sales and expand the customer base.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for Hästens, promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Leading by example, delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensuring the Hästens store environment is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.


Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from university.
  • Drivers' license
  • Sales Experience with demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM experience.
  • Proactive Attitude and self-motivated, proactive approach to sales, with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in local language and English.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product features and benefits, as well as build rapport with clients.
  • Relationship Building Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering loyalty and collaboration.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business and clients.
