Locations Sales Associate

Do you excel at building partnerships that create real value? We are now looking for a Locker Location Sales Associate to play a key role in expanding Instabee's locker network. Your mission is to secure new locker host locations by driving proactive outreach, building strong partnerships, and closing high-volume deals. You'll be at the forefront of growing our network—turning prospects into long-term partners and ensuring each new location is successfully onboarded.
What you'll doProactively identify, approach, and secure new locker host locations through outreach, pitches, and negotiations.
Build lasting relationships with property owners, retailers, and other potential partners.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth roll-out of new locker locations.
Spot new market opportunities and bring creative ideas that help expand and optimize our locker network.
Proven success in B2B sales or a related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A proactive self-starter with strong sales drive and resilience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to influence and close deals.
Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and excited to build something that scales.
