The Role

We are looking for a part time Sales Associate to join our opening team in the menswear store. As part of the founding staff, you will not only deliver excellent service but also help shape the culture and customer experience from day one.

You will


• Provide premium service to both local and international clientele.


• Guide customers through styling, fitting and purchases with a genuine and

welcoming approach.


• Build relationships and long-term loyalty – much like a personal stylist.


• Ensure the store is always presented at the highest level (visual merchandising, packaging, presentation).


• Support in store operations such as payments, gift wrapping and inventory.


• Help build our omni channel experience.

Who you are


• Passionate about menswear, style and aesthetics.


• Highly social, confident and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people.


• Experienced from retail, hospitality or luxury service – but personality and presence matter more than CV titles.


• Service-oriented and genuine.


• Curious, ambitious and eager to be part of building something new.

Requirements


• Fluency in English – many of our customers are international.


• Applications can be submitted in English or Swedish.


• Previous experience in premium retail, hospitality or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
