Position

We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our Stockholm flagship store, Casa MORJAS, and lead with the same passion for high-quality craftsmanship and service that we all share at MORJAS. We interview continuously and are excited to welcome our next team member as soon as possible.

The role

As a Sales Associate, you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of MORJAS flagship store. You will be the brand ambassador who turns every visit into a great experience – combining refined service, product expertise and commercial drive.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
  • Drive commercial performance and business targets
  • Ensure the MORJAS brand is accurately represented in the store experience
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on daily operational tasks
  • Contribute and assist with in-store events
  • Contribute feedback and insights to the rest of the MORJAS team

Desired profile

  • Curious with a passion for people and service
  • Positive, friendly, self-motivated, and hands-on
  • Results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to every customer
  • Ability to multitask and maintain calm under pressure
  • A keen visual eye and attention to detail
  • Interest in art, design, music and food
  • Experience from working in physical retail, with premium retail being a plus
  • Experience from working in an omni-channel environment
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with additional languages a plus
