We're looking for a driven
Finance Strategy Associate
to join our dynamic Finance team in Stockholm. In this role, you'll sit at the crossroads of
finance, strategy, and corporate development
, helping to evaluate growth opportunities and strategic investments.

This is a rare opportunity to gain deep insight into a fast-growing organisation, work closely with senior leaders, and contribute directly to high-impact decisions across the company.

What You'll Do
Investment Modeling & Analysis

• Build and manage financial models for organic initiatives, capital investments, and partnerships.
• Partner with business leaders to assess strategic business cases and capital-intensive opportunities.
• Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to the investment committee.

Corporate Development

• Identify and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Develop strategic insights on deal rationale, valuation, and synergy potential.

Investor Reporting

• Drive investor reporting and financial communications for owners and key stakeholders.
• Streamline recurring reporting workflows and handle ad-hoc investor requests.

Corporate Governance

• Support board and committee processes with high-quality materials and insights.
• Help refine and evolve the company's governance framework as the business scales.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can translate complexity into clarity.
• Confident working cross-functionally and taking ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
