Your New Role 

We are looking for a Multilingual AI Quality Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on evaluating AI-generated text and translations across multiple languages. In this role, you will assess the quality of outputs from AI systems and provide expert guidance to support the development of an automatic evaluation tool. Your work will help shape long-term strategies for multilingual AI evaluation and ensure high-quality language outputs across a growing number of projects.

Key responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated text and translations, collaborating closely with engineers to communicate linguistic insights, and contributing to the improvement of tools and processes used for automated evaluation. This is a highly strategic role that combines linguistic expertise with an understanding of AI technologies, providing a unique opportunity to influence the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

– Strong linguistic skills and experience in linguistics, translation, or localization
– Knowledge of language evaluation frameworks and standards
– Foundational understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML)
– Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term evaluation strategies
– Excellent communication skills to convey technical and non-technical insights clearly
