En Area Manager är en spindel i nätet, en "doer" som med full närvaro dagligen arbetar på ett inkluderande sätt för att alla våra kugghjul ska snurra för såväl medarbetare som kunder. Vad gör en Area Manager?

Som Area Manager är du navet i området – den som får allt att fungera, växa och lyfta. Du är närmsta chef för våra kollektivanställda medarbetare och har fullt personalansvar: du rekryterar, introducerar, coachar och skapar trygghet i teamets vardag. För att medarbetarna ska må bra på lång sikt jobbar du alltid framåt och ser till att nästa dags schema alltid är 100% fungerande. Något som inte går att förutse är förstås frågor och incidenter under dagen från medarbetare/kunder, och där är Area Manager flexibel, effektiv och lösningsorienterad. Dessutom är Area Manager duktig på att få in nya kunder i schemat, planera framåt och hålla intervjuer inför kommande rekryteringar. Du leder och fördelar arbetet för de medarbetare som finns i ditt team, och inom ditt ansvarsområde innefattar resursplanering, uppföljning och utveckling av dina medarbetare.

Vem är vår nästa Area Manager?

Vi lägger stort fokus på dina personliga egenskaper och drivkrafter. Vi söker dig som är relationsbyggande både mot kund och dina medarbetare. Utöver det ser vi gärna att du är affärsdriven och målorienterad för att fortsätta utveckla Hemfrid. Du sätter såväl medarbetare som kunder i fokus och är därefter lyhörd, flexibel och serviceinriktad. Du brinner för ett gott ledarskap, där du utvecklar, motiverar ditt team och ser till att alla mår bra. För dig finns inga problem, utan bara lösningar och du tar dig dit genom en positiv inställning

För att summera ser vi att du har:
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning och ledarskap
  • Tidigare erfarenhet från en bred roll med högt tempo och många olika arbetsmoment
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med B2C och B2B verksamhet
  • B-körkort
Som person:
  • Brinner du för att ge god service
  • Är du initiativtagande, självgående och lösningsorienterad och samtidigt har god förmåga att samarbeta.
  • Drivs du av att jobba mot mål och trivs i en organisation med resultatuppföljning och tillväxt
  • Talar, förstår och skriver du på både god svenska och engelska
  • Trivs du med att jobba i olika digitala system och har lätt att ta till dig nya systemkunskaper
