About the role We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide top-level executive support to the management team, with approximately 75% of the role focused on executive support and 25% on corporate communications. The primary responsibility is to ensure seamless daily operations and enable effective decision-making for the leadership team. In the executive support part of the role (75%), you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare presentations and reports with precision. You will also coordinate internal and external visits, support purchasing processes, and oversee selected facility-related responsibilities. The remaining 25% of the role is dedicated to corporate communications. You will coordinate and develop internal and external communication activities, support leaders in communication initiatives, create engaging content for internal channels, and contribute to culture- and engagement-driven projects. You will also help maintain structured information management and identify opportunities to improve ways of working within your areas of responsibility. This is a six-month consultancy assignment with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. Working hours follow standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with a preferred start as soon as possible. You are creative, proactive and pedagogical in your approach, and your analytical ability helps you interpret information and support decision-making. With a strong sense of ownership, you take initiative, drive improvements and act as a trusted representative of the company’s values and brand.
