About the role We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide top-level executive support to the management team, ensuring seamless daily operations and enabling effective decision-making. In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare presentations and reports with precision. You will also coordinate internal and external visits, support purchasing processes, and oversee selected facility-related responsibilities. A key part of the role is also to coordinate and develop internal and external corporate communications. You will support leaders in communication initiatives, create engaging content for internal channels, and contribute to culture- and engagement-driven projects. You will also help maintain structured information management and continuously identify opportunities to improve ways of working within your areas of responsibility. This is a six-month consultancy assignment with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. Working hours follow standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with a preferred start as soon as possible. About you You are a person who thrives in a role with broad responsibilities, a fast pace, and close collaboration with leadership. With a strong sense of integrity and professionalism, you handle sensitive information confidently and work independently with high self-leadership. Your way of working is structured and detail-oriented, yet flexible and solution-driven. You are resilient when priorities shift and have a strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to deliver high-quality results. You communicate clearly and enjoy supporting others in their communication. Building relationships comes naturally to you. You navigate organizations with ease, collaborate across functions, and contribute positively to company culture. You are creative, proactive and pedagogical in your approach, and your analytical ability helps you interpret information and support decision-making. With a strong sense of ownership, you take initiative, drive improvements and act as a trusted representative of the company’s values and brand.
