About the role
As Area Sales Manager for the Nordic region, you hold full commercial responsibility for driving profitable growth across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. The role combines strategic market development with hands-on sales execution and long-term relationship building.
You will focus on acquiring new customers, developing key accounts and strengthening Heatex's position in the Nordic HVAC market. The role is highly autonomous and international in scope, with close collaboration across sales, product and technical teams and you report to the Global Sales Director. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new customer acquisition and developing key accounts across the Nordic region
- Building long-term relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders
- Presenting Heatex's products and solutions, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating closely with internal sales, product and technical teams, ensuring structured reporting and CRM discipline
About you
You are a driven and self-motivated B2B sales professional with a strong commercial mindset. You enjoy taking ownership, building trust with customers and developing markets over time. You are comfortable working independently, while also contributing as part of a high-performing international team. To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within HVAC, renewables or closely related industries
- A solid understanding of the Nordic HVAC market and business culture
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Fluency in English combined with Swedish or another Nordic language
- Willingness to travel within the Nordics and Europe
Experience selling technically complex or customized solutions, as well as an established network in the HVAC industry, is considered a strong plus.
