Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Tre Full time

  • Stockholm

Job Description

The Network Strategy & Solution department is shaping Tre's technical development in our Danish and Swedish networks. We are in an exciting period where we both are setting long-term strategies for several years to the here and now in front of new functions—an exciting journey to drive the evolution and transformation of mobile systems towards the next-generation architecture.

About the role

As a Device Testing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of smartphones, routers, and connected devices across the Tre Sweden and Tre Denmark networks. Your responsibilities include technical acceptance, hands-on testing, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software, directly impacting the customer experience on our 4G and 5G platforms.

You will also help drive the development of test automation—an area where we are investing and where you can contribute by evaluating tools and developing scripts, preferably in Python, to improve efficiency and quality. The role involves analyzing signalling and connectivity issues using industry-standard tools such as QXDM, ELT, SDM, OSIX, and Wireshark.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including leading OEMs, to validate new functionalities and resolve technical challenges. The position is based in Stockholm, with regular travel to Denmark for field testing and cross-site collaboration.

You can look forward to:

  • Playing an active role in shaping the future of technology at Tre
  • Being a key contributor to the development of our test automation
  • Working alongside skilled and experienced colleagues who take great pride in our mission and are dedicated to continuously delivering Sweden's most reliable mobile network
  • Be part of a culture recognized by Great Place To Work
  • Join an organization that proudly collaborates with Women in Tech
