Financial Controller – The Body Shop Scandinavia

Financial Controller
 som vill spela en nyckelroll i att bygga upp och utveckla vår finansiella struktur i Sverige, Danmark och Norge.

I denna roll blir du en central sparringpartner till vår General Management och ägargruppen. Du får ett helhetsansvar för att etablera och vidareutveckla våra redovisnings- och rapporteringsprocesser, säkerställa månatliga bokslut i våra nordiska bolag samt leda arbetet kring budget, prognoser och finansiell uppföljning.

Som Financial Controller hos oss får du möjlighet att vara med från början, sätta strukturerna och driva förbättringar som stärker vår verksamhet långsiktigt. Du är den som både ser detaljerna i siffrorna och sammanhangen i affären – och som gärna kommer med lösningar och initiativ till hur vi kan arbeta smartare.

Det här är en roll för dig som trivs i en entreprenöriell och i viss mån uppbyggande miljö, är trygg i dina redovisningskunskaper, älskar struktur – och gärna tar ägarskap för system, processer och analys. Du blir även vår master user i vår ERP-miljö och en naturlig kontaktpunkt mot både interna resurser och externa partners.

Du rapporterar direkt till Chief Operating Officer och blir en viktig del av vårt nordiska team som arbetar för att stärka och utveckla The Body Shops varumärke och affär i hela Skandinavien. Föredragen placeringsort är Stockholm men detta är ej nödvändigt då vi i dagsläget inte har ett fast kontor.
