Billing Specialist

About the Role

As a Billing Specialist, you will be an important part of our Finance team. You will be responsible for billing and order administration across the entire group – from order registration to finalized invoices and follow-up. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, gaining broad insight into the entire order and billing process. The role also includes the opportunity to take on diverse ad hoc tasks and contribute to the improvement of our processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Registering and updating orders in our business systems (Hubspot, Younium, NetSuite).
  • Managing order changes such as price adjustments, cancellations, and extensions.
  • Creating and sending invoices for software subscriptions, consulting services, and other revenue streams.
  • Following up on payments, managing reminders, and answering inquiries from customers and colleagues.
  • Ensuring data quality in customer records and master data.
  • Supporting with ad hoc tasks and contributing to the improvement of routines and processes.


Who You Are
We are looking for someone with proven experience in order management and/or billing. You enjoy structure and attention to detail, but also appreciate variety and the ability to step in where needed. Being flexible and solution-oriented comes naturally to you.

Requirements:

  • Experience in order management and/or billing.
  • Strong system skills and interest in digital tools.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries via email.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Experience with Hubspot, Younium, or NetSuite.
  • Experience from an international or fast-growing environment.
