As a STO you will have the responsibility to facilitate and develop Stena Recycling Groups business strategy to make sure that we create value every day. You will lead strategic initiatives, business development projects and drive analyses together with stakeholders. You will also contribute to strategic decisions by visualizing business cases and market insights.

Using Your Potential, You Will

  • Work closely with management as well as Country Strategy and Transformation Officers and other stakeholders, where you will be an important force driving projects and analyses, strategic initiatives and coordinating and facilitating the strategy development.
  • Further act as a gate keeper to ensure focus on prioritized projects.
  • Make presentations, decision-making documents, market analysis business cases to management and other stakeholders
  • Use your thorough understanding of the business to make complex information transparent and easy to grasp
  • Contribute with structure and ownership to ensure high quality deliveries on time
  • Bring your commercial understanding and entrepreneurial drive

  • In addition, we believe you have an academic degree and a few years of experience from broad Management consultant roll where you have enjoyed a mix of strategic and operational tasks
