BearingPoint Sweden is now looking to hire recent graduates or students graduating 2026 with a wide range of experiences and ambitions to our offices in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö, starting fall 2026.

Our three different teams all focus on strategy, project management, and the implementation of new technologies. Still, each team offers unique expertise tailored to different sectors and departments within our clients' organizations.

Our Strategy & Operations team helps clients unlock growth, improve efficiency, and navigate change. We specialize in operational excellence, supply chain optimization, sourcing and people strategies, within various sectors. Projects range from strategic assessments and organizational development to process optimization, cost reduction and digitalization.

We look for: analytical thinkers with a background in business and/or engineering who are passionate about our specialty areas, solving complex problems and driving impact

Our Technology Advisory & Transformation team bridges business and IT, guiding clients through business-critical tech transformations. We advise on IT strategy, IT organization and procurement, and drive implementations of ERP and digital healthcare solutions. Our consultants work across industries, especially in healthcare, retail, insurance and at global finance departments, helping clients align technology with business goals.

We look for: curious minds with an interest in IT management and tech transformation, who excel at driving change and getting everyone onboard

Our Data & Analytics team empowers clients to become data driven. Our services range from strategic and organizational advisory to managing transformations and development of Data- & AI solutions. Our D&A projects therefore consist of a mix of typical management consulting tasks and more in-depth technology development tasks.

We look for: candidates with a strong business mindset and a passion for data, who have coding skills (e.g., SQL, Python), and a desire to turn insights into action

We are looking for eager-to-learn 2026 graduates with:

• A master's degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or other. 
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
• Have excellent academic records.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Helping our clients understand their needs and problem-solving.
• Conducting structured analysis of gathered qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prepare and conduct client workshops and presentations.
• Working on business- and technology-oriented projects, both domestic and international
• Engage in internal projects that develop our business and work environment, such as helping BearingPoint reach our climate targets or develop our environment of diversity & inclusion, Campus reach out, etc.

During the hiring process, you will be asked to complete skills tests, meet various colleagues and conduct case interviews. We will also discuss which competence team you would be most suited for. You will also be paired with an interview buddy who will guide you through the process.
