The Technology Transformation team operates in the intersection between business and technology, where we support our clients' digital transformations from strategy to implementation. Here, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journeys. You will leverage your expertise in digital strategy, IT operating models, data & AI, and technology transformation to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Fields of engagement: Digital strategy development, IT operating model design, cloud transformation, strategic IT sourcing.
• ERP Transformation: ERP Transformation is a comprehensive approach to modernizing and optimizing enterprise resource planning systems. Fields of engagement: ERP strategy, implementation support, cloud migration, vendor selection, quality assessments.
• Data & AI: KPMG is a recognized leader in AI and Modern Data management. From advanced analytics, low-code, AI and machine learning solutions to the cutting-edge operating models, UX design and infrastructures that power them, we are equipped with the right people, tools and strategic alliances to help you build a true, modern, data-driven enterprise. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for dedicated recent or soon-to-be graduates who strive to achieve excellence and are looking for a great career path. More specifically, we want you to have:

• Preferably a master's degree in information technology/systems, digital transformation/business, computer science, business administration, and/or engineering
• A strong interest, and professional or educational experience, in Technology-specific topics.
• Experience with digital/technology strategy, IT operating models, IT service delivery, cost transformation
• An understanding of cloud strategy and cloud transformation, emerging technologies (AI, Gen & Agentic AI, modern data platforms) or IT infrastructure and IT operations
• Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, industry-leading platforms across functions (e.g. ERP, CRM, CPQ, e-commerce, supply chain & logistics, data platforms)
• High-performing and talented individuals with a business mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency English is required, Swedish is an advantage)
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Team-players with a genuine interest in seeing customers grow and being part of their journey
• Excellent grades from your studies
• Previous work experience, or other engagements and achievements showing a strong drive, high ambition, and passion, is essential
• International experience is valued highly
