What you will do

In this challenging and important role, you perform instrument installation, implementation of application, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and other service support activities as required. You ensure high customer satisfaction in order to achieve high customer retention and new business from referrals.

Responsibilities will include

  • Support instrument installation including qualification and integration of third-party devices under supervision
  • Execute application support and customer trainings under supervision
  • Execution of standard scripting, analyses and trainings
  • Performs preventive maintenance according to instructions
  • Execute duties according to company guidelines and procedures
  • Maximize customer satisfaction, utilization, response time, parts/time usage, and travel costs in an economical way
  • Report activities and synchronize reports daily in field-service management software

What you bring along

  • B.Sc. in a biological or relevant technical subject. Ph.D. in a biological subject a nice to have
  • Programming knowledge (e.g. C#, .NET, VB Script) a plus
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills are a must
  • A valid and clean Driving license required
  • Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team
