We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our client's team.

The candidate will be presented to the Client as part of the recruitment process and if selected, the candidate will be employed by us or freelancing could be an option as well.

The assignment duration is for 6 months initially and further extensions possible based on the client request.

The candidate must be able to pass a background check without any objections.

Required Skills

  • End-to-end test flow: requirements→test design→test execution→test integration→pre-production→operation and monitoring; quality assurance throughout the chain.
  • Experience with test automation and tools, CI/CD integration, test data management, mocks/stubs.
  • Quality metrics and governance: define and follow up on quality metrics (defect leakage, MTTR, test coverage, critical risks), reporting to management and customers.
  • Business requirements and rules: ability to translate business requirements into testable goals, requirements traceability, quality assurance of requirements changes and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and communication: strong communication skills with development teams, product owners, UX, security and business management; facilitate workshops, backlog refinement and risk workshops.
  • Business understanding and risk management: understanding of business models, risk-based thinking and how quality affects business results.
  • Testing methodology: functional testing, regression and change management, performance/testing, security testing, usability.
  • Secure delivery processes: security testing, privacy and data protection measures, test data anonymization.
  • Management of cross-functional teams and delivery of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Has coached and developed testers, developers and product owners.
