Senior Test Lead – Strategic SAP S/4HANA Transformation

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Test Lead
to join a large-scale, strategic transformation program implementing
SAP S/4HANA
. The goal is to optimize business processes, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen data management capabilities across the organization.

As a Test Lead, you will play a key role in driving all aspects of the testing process — from strategy and planning to execution, incident management, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with the Test Center of Excellence (CoE), process workstreams, and enabling teams to ensure successful delivery of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with program objectives.
  • Lead teams of testers, monitor progress, and ensure the team has the right training and support.
  • Coordinate test execution across multiple phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and future project stages.
  • Oversee defect management — document, track, and ensure timely resolution of defects in collaboration with implementation and development teams.
  • Provide transparent communication and reporting to all stakeholders, ensuring risks and issues are clearly highlighted.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring test methodology and data coordination are aligned across workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Documented experience in Test Management (e.g. ISTQB certification or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in leading testing activities within large, complex transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and experience with Agile frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems — experience with
    SAP S/4HANA
    is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing test data and ensuring end-to-end data quality.
  • Strong documentation skills — ability to produce clear test plans, cases, and reports.
  • Experience working with large-scale test management tools.
  • Fluency in
    English and Swedish
    (written and spoken).
