Project Manager Testing:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager Testing for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Its paying well and my client can interview asap

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Coordination

  • Support the Test Lead in preparing detailed test plans, schedules, and phase readiness.
  • Coordinate testing across functional, technical, integration, and business workstreams.
  • Ensure availability of test environments, user access, test data, and tools for each phase.
  • Work with business teams to collect, refine, and document business scenarios.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test scripts aligned with requirements and processes.

Test Execution & Defect Management

  • Coordinate daily test execution for ST, SIT, FAT, and UAT cycles.
  • Facilitate defect triage sessions with System Integrators (SI), solution teams, and the Test Lead.
  • Track test progress, defect trends, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure defects are logged, prioritized, retested, and closed appropriately.
  • Support verification of fixes and assist testers during execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Business, Solution, Data, Integration, and Vendor teams to align scope and timelines.
  • Support UAT preparation, onboarding users, and coordinating execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for testers to raise risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and partners during ST, SIT, and FAT activities.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain test cases, scripts, execution logs, traceability matrices, and defect records.
  • Support preparation of test status updates, dashboards, and test summary reports.
  • Contribute to improving testing templates, processes, and documentation standards.
