As a Partner Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in scaling evroc's partner ecosystem and enabling our partnerships to become a true competitive advantage. You'll act as the operational backbone of the Partnerships team—designing processes, managing partner systems, supporting onboarding and enablement, and ensuring partners and internal teams have the tools, data, and structure they need to succeed.

This is a unique opportunity to build partner operations at an early stage and help shape how we collaborate with some of Europe's most influential technology partners.

What You'll Tackle

  • Own and administer evroc's partner-relationship-management (PRM) systems and ensure accurate, integrated partner data.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and enablement programs, working closely with partner managers, sales engineers, product teams and integration specialists.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for partner workflows, deal registration, and joint initiatives.
  • Act as the central contact point for partner-related questions across sales, marketing, product and finance.
  • Define and track key partner performance metrics; build dashboards and surface insights to support decision-making.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
  • Design scalable workflows and automation that enable partner operations to grow alongside evroc's expansion.

Skills We Value

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations or a related field in a technology environment.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM/PRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to design workflows that support partner programs.
  • Excellent process and project management skills, with experience creating and documenting SOPs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and clear communication style.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.
  • Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces continuous learning.
