Open Positions

  1. BI Developer / Data Engineer

(MS Azure stack, Power BI)

This is a full-stack role where you'll work across front-end reporting and data engineering. Whether you lean more towards BI or data engineering, flexibility is key - the team values diverse strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise data pipelines in Azure
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
  • Work with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, and potentially Databricks
  • Ensure data quality and governance across the platform

Ideal Profile:

  • Strong experience with MS Azure and Power BI
  • Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modelling
  • Ability to work across both reporting and engineering tasks

  • A proactive mindset and passion for building solutions that drive business decisions

  • AI Engineer

(GenAI, LLMs, Azure)

This role is at the intersection of data engineering and AI innovation. You'll help build the foundation for AI-driven solutions, from model training to integration with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise data pipelines for AI usage
  • Build and integrate LLM and AI-agent solutions into internal systems
  • Set up and manage infrastructure for model training and inference
  • Work with APIs, data flows, and prompt engineering
  • Contribute to an AI platform that combines data, modelling, and product development

Tech Stack & Tools:

  • Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, Databricks
  • Python, Pandas, PySpark
  • LLM integrations via OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI
  • CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Opportunity to experiment with vector databases, RAG flows, and agent frameworks

Ideal Profile:

  • Degree in computer science, AI, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in data engineering, machine learning, or AI development
  • Skilled in Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Interest or experience in AI/LLM integrations and prompt engineering
  • Bonus: Experience with Azure ML, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
