About the Role
We're looking for a driven, hands-on
Account Executive / New Business / Customer Acquisition Manager
to build CLER's customer base from the ground up. This is a highly important growth role focused on acquiring new customers, opening doors, and closing real business. Are you ready to take the next step and grow within sales? Then this is for you.
The successful candidate will grow their deals and processes into real Key Accounts that we will scale internationally. You will be surprised by the calibre of companies that have already signed with CLER—and the reasons behind it. This is your chance to join something truly special at an early stage of the company's journey.
You will own the full sales process—from identifying and contacting decision-makers to running meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals. You'll help shape how we sell, what works, and how we scale. This is a role for someone who wants to build, move fast, and see direct results from their efforts. If you thrive in responsibility, pace, and ownership, this is where you will accelerate faster than in any established organisation.
What you will be doing
- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, site visits, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Actively build your own pipeline through LinkedIn, phone, e-mail, and field activity.
- Manage and close leads from our team at Marketing Acquisition.
- Meet and sell directly to decision-makers within QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and commercial businesses.
- Work closely with leadership and product to feed back market insights and customer needs.
- Help shape our sales playbook, processes, and tools as we scale.
- Move with pace: prospect, demo, follow up, negotiate, and close – with grit and momentum.

Formal years of experience matter less than mindset. The right ambition and energy will outperform a perfect CV.

- Background from QSR, such as McDonald's or similar
- Experience from high-tempo sales environments such as security, IT/telco, or real estate
- Interest in tech, sustainability, and scalable solutions
