The role

The right talent is key to our success and in this role you'll be instrumental in finding, attracting, and selecting the people who are the heart of our business. Our biggest teams today are Tech and Customer Success, but we're pretty much growing in all functions so you can expect variety in both roles and seniority levels. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment, work closely with engaged hiring managers, bring a structured point of view, and shape processes that lead to high-quality hiring decisions. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running end-to-end recruitment processes within a broad variety of roles 

  • Proactively sourcing and building pipelines using different tools and methods

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements

  • Conducting interviews, assessing competencies, and validating cultural fit

  • Improving recruitment workflows, tools, and decision-making frameworks

  • Supporting in employer branding and continuously enhancing candidate experience

You'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner, report to our CHRO, and work hand in hand with a highly collaborative HR team that plays a crucial part in shaping and accelerating Qred's growth. We are a team that has each other's backs, believes in continuous learning, and challenges ourselves to get better every day - and of course having fun while we do it 

Who you are

You thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment where structure and speed go hand in hand. You are confident in running processes independently, curious about the business behind the roles you recruit for, and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes.

We believe you bring:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within tech

  • Strong sourcing skills and experience in building targeted pipelines

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving scale-up environment

  • A self-driven, structured, and proactive way of working

  • Clear communication skills - you ask questions early and seek clarity when needed

  • An interest in AI and how new tools can elevate recruitment (interest matters more than experience)

  • Fluency in English, Swedish is considered a plus
