What We Do At Blykalla
Blykalla is developing the next generation of nuclear technology with our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) based on innovative fuel, materials, and reactor designs. As Sweden's only SMR developer, we are on a mission to decarbonize industries and enable safe, scalable, and sustainable energy solutions. Our technology uses uranium nitride fuel and lead coolant, creating novel challenges and opportunities for the fuel cycle and supporting systems.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blykalla, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by building and nurturing the teams that drive our mission forward. Your focus will be on attracting exceptional talent, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring that every recruitment process reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers across functions to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and long-term team objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes — from defining role profiles, sourcing and identifying candidates, to signing the right talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and research.
- Create a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects Blykalla's values and mission.
- Support the development and implementation of scalable recruitment practices and tools as our organization continues to grow.
Who You Are
You are a structured and proactive recruiter who enjoys the mix of strategy and hands-on execution. You have a strong interest in technology and innovation, and you're motivated by the challenge of finding great people for complex roles. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within technical, engineering, or IT roles.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced or growth environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — you build trust quickly and act as a true partner to the business.
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for people.
- Strong sourcing and search skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in English — Swedish is a plus.
Location
This position is for our office in Stockholm.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary in the range of SEK – SEK per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to your base salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
