At Viedoc, we design engaging software that modernizes clinical research so that necessary treatments can reach the people who need them faster.
We accomplish this by combining technology and creative design to streamline, automate, and simplify conventional processes within clinical research. Simply put, Viedoc makes every aspect of a clinical study a bit smoother, resulting in greater discoveries that make a difference and have the potential to improve lives.
Real change means challenging the status quo, our driving force since we started almost two decades ago. In everything we do, we work for a healthier world, searching for better, more efficient solutions that answer to the needs of both our users and humanity.
What you will do and whyAs a Product Manager at Viedoc, you will own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for one or more of our core product areas. You will work as part of a leadership triad with a Tech Lead and Product Designer, guiding a cross functional team to deliver meaningful results for our customers and the business.
You will shape products from early concept to maturity, balancing experimentation with scalability. Beyond defining what to build, you will ensure that what we build drives measurable business and customer impact. You will connect user insight, commercial strategy, and execution to move the product and Viedoc forward.
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for your product area.
- Collaborate within the product triad to align vision, priorities, and execution across design and engineering.
- Lead your team to deliver user centered, compliant, and high quality software solutions.
- Partner with go to market teams to define positioning, launch plans, and commercial success measures.
- Translate market data, customer insights, and competitive analysis into clear, actionable decisions.
- Run discovery and validation processes, from MVPs and pilots to scaled rollouts.
- Track and improve product performance using business, user, and operational metrics.
- Represent your product internally and externally, building alignment and advocacy across stakeholders.
You are a strategic, outcome focused product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and business. You bring clarity to complexity, inspire teams toward shared goals, and turn insight into tangible impact.
You are comfortable owning both the zero to one journey and the continuous improvement of established products, and you know how to connect product decisions to business results.
- You bring 5 or more years of experience in software product management, ideally in SaaS or regulated industries such as eClinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or health tech.
- A track record of launching and scaling products that achieved real customer and business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross functional teams through influence and collaboration.
- A strong grasp of go to market strategy, product market fit, and commercial levers.
- Sharp analytical skills and the ability to make data informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working in agile product organizations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align teams and inspire action.
- A relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Be a part of a company that is at the forefront of utilizing technology to make the world a better place by improving clinical trials
- Ability to work flexible hours and hybrid remote
- Clearly defined development plans that allow you to grow
- The chance to work in the coolest office in Uppsala right by the central station
