Head of Product - Strandberg Guitars

Strandberg Guitars is a Swedish company that has redefined modern guitar design. The company merges design thinking and engineering precision to create instruments built for musicians who want to play more and play better.

As Head of Product, you will lead the full product journey from concept to global launch. Working closely with founder and Creative Director Ola Strandberg and the Product and R&D team, you will shape the portfolio strategy and ensure every instrument reflects Strandberg's design philosophy and uncompromising standards of quality and playability.

  • Proven product leadership within premium consumer products or musical instruments
  • Experience scaling development with international suppliers
  • Strong commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with modern product and project management tools
  • A genuine connection to fretted instruments and deep understanding of feel, tone and ergonomics
