Bruce Studios is on a mission to redefine how people train, recover, and feel good – every day. To help us keep growing and supporting our amazing community, we're now looking for a committed and reliable team member to join our support team.
This is an hourly-based, remote role focused on evenings and weekends, perfect for someone looking for a long-term collaboration that fits around other work, studies, or personal projects.
What You´ll Do
- Provide first-line support for our members in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
- Advise members on our different membership options
- Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses
- Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app
- Support the team with various administrative tasks

- A quick learner who can handle multiple systems and conversations at once
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership
- Flexible, service-minded, and genuinely enjoys helping others
- A natural problem solver
- Comfortable doing calculations
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) – bonus if you speak two
- Citizen of Sweden, Norway, or Denmar
