ASUS is looking for a Level 2 Support Specialist responsible for support & service operations in the Nordics. This position is based in our office in Kista, Sweden.
About the job
As a L2 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the aftermarket services ASUS provides in the Nordic region meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your role will be mainly focused on providing the best possible service for our Nordic customers.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and an eye for detail. You will be working closely with our Nordic aftersales team in Kista and report to our Nordic customer Service Manager.
About the team
You'll be part of our Nordic aftersales team, with colleagues from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. You'll also collaborate with our European service team in the Netherlands and our HQ in Taiwan. Therefore, fluency in Swedish and English is required, and knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus. Together, we strive to provide world-class service for our Nordic customers.
Main tasks
• Act as the second-line for the call center.
• Handle specific customer accounts and escalations across in the Nordics.
• Handle and validate RMA (Repair) / DOA (Dead on Arrival) / Credic applications.
• Request additional information from customers in case their issue can't be duplicated in service (no trouble found).
• Handle out-of-warranty repair cost estimates in our system and any questions related to those.
Qualifications and background
• Fluent in Swedish and English (another Nordic language is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of computers and IT.
• Experience in aftersales & customer support.
• Analytical and structured in your thinking with an eye for details.
