ICT Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a driven and structured Marketing Specialist to join our ICT marketing team. For candidates with slightly less seniority, the role can be adapted to a mid-level Marketing Assistant position. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of brand marketing activities across both online and offline channels, contributing to increased brand awareness and business growth within the ICT domain.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Activity Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of ICT brand marketing activities, including global flagship branding initiatives, precision marketing, and experiential marketing platforms.
- Contribute to increasing brand awareness and reputation both inside and outside of China, while supporting product line business objectives.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns and events such as industry summits, forums, and product launch events.
- Support audience analysis, overall marketing strategy development, and the creation of planning and performance reports.
Marketing Platform Development & Operations
- Support the planning, construction, and operation of experiential marketing platforms, including large-scale exhibitions and summits, online and offline showrooms, experience centers, and product showcases.
- Present product and solution competitiveness through innovative and engaging formats.
- Assist in building and operating digital event management platforms to improve efficiency in large-scale event execution.
- Capture and document project management best practices, templates, and guidelines to strengthen team capabilities.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Support the development of brand communication materials such as press releases, advertorials, case studies, and award submissions.
- Manage brand assets and authorization within the ICT domain.
- Support communication channels including KOLs, media outlets, corporate websites, digital publications, and magazines.
- Increase Share of Voice (SOV) in line with the annual communication plan to support business goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in marketing.
- Strong understanding of the ICT industry and insight into ICT audience behavior and decision-making.
- Proficiency across core marketing disciplines and familiarity with current brand marketing trends.
- Project management skills, including planning, time management, task coordination, stakeholder management, and resource utilization.
- Content development skills, with the ability to plan and produce marketing content for simpler scenarios under guidance, as well as independently create relevant communication materials.
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with strong interest in emerging marketing methods and presentation techiques.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, a high sense of responsibility, and strong execution capabilities.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and leverage resources from related teams.
