Then you might be the Customer Support Consultant we're looking for*
In this role, you make sure our customers get the support they need to succeed with EG's software for monitoring and managing their energy usage. Better data means better decisions — and you'll help them get there. You answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in how to get the most out of our systems. You'll be part of our Nordic Customer Success team, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product to create a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests by phone and through ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs to our Development Team.
- Support proactive quality assurance of energy data.
- Join customer meetings, workshops, and internal improvement efforts.
Who we're looking for:

You probably bring:
- Experience working with customers or guests.
- The ability to understand user perspectives and see the bigger picture.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- A proactive and organised way of working.
- Curiosity for energy management, sustainability, digital transformation, or the real estate sector.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel.
Bonus points if you have:
- Customer support experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience using ServiceNow.
- Additional Nordic languages (Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian).
- Experience with energy management systems or the real estate sector.
