Customer Operations at Pricing & Promotions 

The RELEX Price & Promotions team in Sweden is expanding and seeking a Business Consultant to lead consulting engagements across continuous service delivery and full-lifecycle implementation projects in pricing and promotional planning. 

As a Business Consultant, you'll conduct strategic, operational, and organizational analysis to design and implement RELEX solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll guide clients through data validation, configuration, and optimization while driving measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you'll support sales initiatives through solution positioning, RFI responses, benefit analysis, and ROI development. On select projects and change requests, you'll assume project management responsibilities including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and budget oversight.

Join us as a Business Consultant in our Stockholm office, where you'll 

Lead process development workshops and implementation projects, configuring the P&P platform to customer specifications including promotional objectives, pricing rules, and workflow settingsBuild, test, and validate platform configurations while partnering with customers through User Acceptance Testing to ensure solution readinessDevelop analytical queries on large datasets to deliver custom insights, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking that drive business case realization and system adoptionPresent findings and strategic recommendations to both operational teams and executive leadership, providing hands-on consulting on campaign evaluation, forecasting, and optimizationCollaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into development roadmaps, and support sales efforts as a subject matter expertEngage with global teams on international projects, sharing best practices and contributing to cross-regional knowledge transfer

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of tackling complex business challengesAgile mindset and adaptability to evolving project requirements and customer environmentsCollaborative team player who thrives working across diverse, cross-functional teamsGenuine curiosity about promotion planning and pricing systems from both business and technical perspectivesAbility to translate customer requirements into effective software configurations and scalable solutionsSelf-directed approach to developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for value creationFluent English communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levelsWillingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time 

What we consider as an advantage

5+ years of experience in pricing, promotional planning, retail, category management, supply chain, management consulting, or project managementDegree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldTrack record implementing or supporting enterprise-scale software solutions through full project lifecyclesDemonstrated ability to gather requirements, design business processes, deliver training, and support user acceptance testingService-oriented approach with proven success solving complex, real-world business challenges
