Om Rollen
Som Sales Development Representative (SDR) på FLCO kommer du att vara i frontlinjen för vår tillväxtresa — ansvarig för att identifiera, kvalificera och utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter för våra försäljnings- och brandteams.
Du kommer att kontakta beslutsfattare inom dagligvaruhandel, distribution och Horeca för att presentera vårt portfölj av framtidsorienterade produkter och generera nya leads som driver våra kunders framgång.
Det här är en roll för dig med starkt kommersiellt driv, intresse för mat- och livsstilsinnovation och vilja att växa i en snabb, entreprenöriell miljö.
Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter
- Kartlägga och identifiera potentiella B2B-kunder inom FMCG, retail och hospitality.
- Ta första kontakt med prospekt via samtal, e-post och LinkedIn-outreach.
- Kvalificera leads och boka möten för det seniora säljteamet.
- Presentera FLCO:s varumärkesportfölj och kommunicera vårt värdeerbjudande tydligt.
- Hålla CRM-systemet uppdaterat och säkerställa kontinuerlig uppföljning.
- Samarbeta nära med sälj-, marknads- och brand management-team för att optimera outreach-strategier.
- Bidra med insikter från kunddialoger för att förbättra kampanjer och material.
Vem Du Är
- En proaktiv kommunikatör som trivs med att skapa nya kontakter och bygga relationer.
- Resultatdriven och bekväm med att arbeta mot ambitiösa mål.
- Nyfiken på varumärken, trender och innovation inom mat, dryck och lifestyle.
- Strukturerad och självgående, med förmåga att hantera flera leads och arbetsuppgifter samtidigt.
Din Bakgrund
- Erfarenhet av försäljningsutveckling, telemarketing eller kundkontakt — gärna B2B.
- Kunskap om FMCG eller retail är en merit men inget krav.
- Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska.
- Erfarenhet av CRM-system eller säljverktyg HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- En stark utvecklingsvilja — du lär dig snabbt och vill ta mer ansvar över tid.

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FLCO, you will be on the front line of our growth journey — responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities for our sales and brand teams.
You will connect with decision-makers across retail, distribution, and hospitality to present our portfolio of forward-thinking products and generate new leads that fuel our clients' success.
This is a role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a passion for food and lifestyle innovation, and the drive to grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients within FMCG, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Present FLCO's brand portfolio and communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and brand management teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Contribute ideas and insights from customer conversations to improve campaigns and materials.
Who You Are
- A proactive communicator who enjoys connecting with new people and building business relationships.
- Motivated by results and comfortable working towards ambitious goals.
- Curious about brands, trends, and innovation in the food, beverage, and lifestyle sectors.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks at once.
Your Background
- Experience in sales development, telemarketing, or customer outreach — preferably B2B.
- Knowledge of FMCG or retail industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience using CRM systems or sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- A growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and take on more responsibility over time.
