In the role of
Creative Specialist – Performance Marketing
you'll be leading the creative output on our paid marketing channels. You'll be joining a tight-knit, highly skilled team in our Stockholm office.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Creative Specialist
to help lead our creative output across Meta and TikTok.
As we grow our ad spend from six to seven figures, we're building the creative foundation that will support this next stage — and this role sits at the heart of that.
You'll guide the visual and creative direction for our paid channels: from shaping new product-launch concepts to refining and iterating on what already works. You'll have a high-volume ad account to learn from every day, giving you the insights you need to steer creative strategy with confidence.
This is a hands-on role: you'll not only define the creative approach, but also bring ideas to life — shooting, editing, and producing ads that resonate, convert, and help us grow.
What You Will Do
1. Strategic Ownership & Analysis
- Scale:
Take ownership of the creative strategy on our performance marketing channels, taking us from 6 to 7 figures in ad spend. - The Feedback Loop:
Analyse creative performance data (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR) to dictate what we shoot next and how we edit existing creatives to drive results. - Launch:
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to define the visual direction for new product launches, building stories that reflect KÄLLA's science-backed, trustworthy and premium values. Develop ideas that spark interest at the top of the funnel and evolve them into clear, compelling conversion assets at the bottom. - Whitelisting:
Collaborate closely with our Influencer Manager to identify "winning" organic content, editing and optimising it for ads. - UGC:
Collaborate with UGC creators to develop strong, on-brand assets — overseeing everything from concept and scripting to editing and handing over to our Media Buyer.
2. High-Volume Creative Execution
- Concept-to-Conversion:
Independently manage the production pipeline: scripting, shooting, and editing social-first video ads and statics. - Iterative Testing:
Produce high volumes of creative variations. You understand that the importance of diversity, volume and what creative scales. - Talent & Tools:
Be comfortable jumping in front of the camera to test hooks and utilise AI tools to speed up editing and design workflows.
Who You Are
- A "Full Stack" Creator:
You have 2+ years of experience in video editing and social media. You're fascinated by the intersection of beautiful content and profitable advertising. - Platform Native:
You live on TikTok and Instagram. You can spot a trend in the morning and have an ad concept ready by lunch. - Curious:
You're comfortable working in traditional creative tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut and Figma — and equally excited to explore AI and new platforms that can elevate your work. - Self-starter:
You're comfortable being in front of the camera and confident encouraging others to do the same. - Driven by Results:
You are driven by performance metrics. You want to know if your video was a success or not. - Women's Health Enthusiast:
You are passionate about the wellness movement and excited to build a brand that helps women feel better. - Language:
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
