PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

You will be part of our Marketing & PR team, reporting to the Head of Brand and collaborating closely with colleagues, creators, press, partners, and PR agencies worldwide. As the PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will shape and drive our global PR and influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on community building, brand experiences, ambassador collaborations, and events. In this role, you will manage ongoing PR operations in collaboration with our PR agencies, ensuring that earned media and strong media relationships remain an integrated and impactful part of our communication efforts across all focus markets. You will also lead the development and execution of influencer partnerships, focusing on measurable business impact while ensuring that all initiatives are innovative, effective, and aligned with our brand vision.

What you'll do

PR

• Handle incoming press inquiries and coordinate press materials globally.

• Write and edit press releases, press kits, and editorial texts primarily in English but also in Swedish.

• Manage media communication, press distribution, and monitor press coverage across markets.

• Coordinate and manage PR agency work in focus markets.

• Compile PR reports, track results, and ensure timely follow-up.

• Provide PR and marketing guidance to distributors, agents and partners worldwide.

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

• Own and develop our influencer and affiliate strategy across all markets.

• Lead influencer collaborations end-to-end, from brief, outreach and negotiations to delivery and follow-up.

• Manage affiliate requests and product seeding to stylists, editors, and influencers.

• Build strong creator relationships and run campaigns that amplify our brand and reach key audiences.

• Oversee budget, performance, and targets to ensure effective investments.

• Guide agencies on collaboration reviews, pricing, and creative direction.

• Track results and bring fresh, creative thinking to continuously improve performance.

Campaigns & Coordination

• Support ongoing marketing and PR campaigns, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across markets.

• Planning and executing PR and influencer marketing events.

• Conduct follow-up and evaluation of PR events in focus markets.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure seamless team workflow.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, preferably within consumer or lifestyle brands.

• A relevant bachelor's degree in PR, advertising, influencer marketing or communication.

• Excellent communicator with strong writing skills in both Swedish and English.

• Confident working across multiple markets and managing diverse stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading influencer strategies and executing successful campaigns.

• Strong project leadership and agency management skills.

• Skilled at building relationships with press, creators, partners and internal teams.

• Creative, curious, and hands-on with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Deep understanding and curiosity of consumer behaviour and cultural trends, with the ability to translate insights into impactful concepts.

• Strong brand and creative sensibility, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and elevate ideas.

• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or design and a care for sustainable consumption.
