Vi söker nu en Junior Talent partner för ett konsultuppdrag på deltid (50 %) med start omgående och cirka tre månader framåt. Uppdraget är hos ett mediabolag med kontor i centrala Stockholm.

Om tjänsten

I rollen kommer du att arbeta självständigt med rekrytering tillsammans med ansvarig chef. Du ansvarar för att driva hela processen – från annonsering och urval till intervjuer och avtal – samt stötta chefen i alla delar av arbetet.

Ansvarsområden

  • Kravprofil

  • Publicera annonser och hantera ansökningar

  • Genomföra urval och boka intervjuer

  • Hålla och delta i intervjuer

  • Stötta ansvarig chef i hela rekryteringsprocessen

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av rekrytering, gärna från liknande roller, och är van att arbeta strukturerat och självständigt. Erfarenhet av rekryteringsverktyget Teamtailor är ett krav. Du behöver kunna starta omgående och vara tillgänglig under hela uppdraget.
