We're looking for a skilled and
proactive Test Manager to lead testing efforts across both strategic IT
transformation projects and our business-as-usual (BAU) operations. In this
role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of newly
developed solutions while also maintaining and improving the performance of our
existing systems.

project teams, stakeholders, and business units to define test strategies,
manage test execution, and continuously enhance our testing practices. If you

Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for test governance within the company and test organization
• Developing a test strategy, and test policies that align with the business objectives and stakeholders' expectations
• Create and manage Test Plans and manage/coordinate all test activities
• Responsible for common strategy being followed in the program and BAU
• Selects and manages testing tools that supports the testing process, such as test management tools, defect tracking tools, and test automation tools
• Coordinates between platform test managers
• Reports weekly status to Program leadership and BAU leadership
• Manages the testing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
• Identifies opportunities for test automation, creation of test automation scripts and implementing automated testing tools
• Coordinates between platform test managers and collaborates with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and other project team members, to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and objectives
• Supports countries for recruiting new test managers
• Responsible for Test environments (SIT, UAT) - Ensures that the test environment is properly configured and maintained to support testing activities
• Define and ensure test data approach for SIT, UAT
• Responsible for performance tests
• Responsible for implementation of test automation
• Responsible for test automation to be executed during regression testing

Required skills & experience

• Experience in test management or quality assurance (10+ years in similar roles)
• Good communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English
• An academic degree in Computer Science or technology or equivalent work
• Experience of formal test processes and related test strategy issues
• Experience of system development, preferably where agile methods have been applied
• ISTQB certifications in test management
• Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application
• Experience and knowledge of several market leading test tools
• Experience and knowledge of working with Azure DevOps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate with test managers and project managers in the organization
• Ability to work with business people form different Countries, cultures
