We are currently searching for an Swedish-speaking freelance Test Lead / Test Manager as part of a SAP S/4HANA program.

  • Start: ASAP / Latest November
  • Duration: 6 months +
  • Location: Stockholm + remote depending on project phase

Required skills:

  • 7+ years of Test Management / Test Lead experience
  • Ideally with at least 2 SAP projects
  • Proven experience as a leader in managing test in a large complex transformation program
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and different testing methodologies. Advantage of experience in testing in an agile methodology.
  • Experience with various Test tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management
  • Swedish & English speaking

Tasks include:

  • Test Planning & Execution:
    Develop test plans, design test cases, and coordinate test activities.
  • UAT Coordination:
    Oversee User Acceptance Testing to ensure end-user requirements are met.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor testing teams while managing defect resolution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with project teams to align testing with business goals.
