Operations Manager
to help lead operations, support talented specialists, and contribute to the company's continued growth and impact.


About the Role

As
Operations Manager
, you'll have overall responsibility for
operations, finance, and personnel
. You'll coordinate teams, drive business development, manage customer relations, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

This is a
part-time role based in Stockholm
, perfect for someone passionate about leadership, inclusion, and purpose-driven work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and financial planning
  • Lead and motivate a team of IT specialists
  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Handle budgeting, performance tracking, and business planning
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and adaptive work environment


Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Experience working in inclusive and multicultural environments
  • Strong background in customer relations and team leadership (preferably in IT)
  • Degree in IT, Management, or a related field

Nice-to-Have:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Strategic mindset and business development experience
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, or project management
