Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Development Specialist to join our M&A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple acquisitions per year from early-stage evaluation through to post-closing integration. This includes meeting with business owners to evaluate alignment with our acquisition criteria and determining prospective company valuations.
Key Qualifications:- 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, preferably working with technology companies or in an acquisition-focused consolidator
- Financial literacy and ability to build presentations for executive team/board-level audiences
- Ability to quickly evaluate key risks and opportunities in a business
- Ability to negotiate and execute acquisitions with business owners/executives
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, develop strategic plans for integration, and implement operational improvements.
