About the Role

We are seeking a talented Design Lead to join our team at Resourced, a fast-growing FashionTech startup. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing the most compelling PLM system in the industry.

As a Design Lead, you will work closely with our co-founders, particularly the CTO/Product Owner, to utilize our strong relationship with customers and users. You will be responsible for turning wireframes and ideas into pixel-perfect designs, providing clear specifications, and efficiently exploring and finding creative solutions to UI/UX challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interface and user experience for our web application
  • Collaborate with the CTO/Product Owner and the rest of the team to ensure seamless product development
  • Provide clear specifications and design guidelines for software development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and UX
  • Contribute to the development of our product roadmap and strategy
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Excellent graphic design skills, fluent in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of designing successful products, particularly complex web applications
Nice-to-Haves
  • Frontend web development experience/skills
  • Background in the fashion industry
