Controller to Corporate Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced management consultant to join our Corporate Control team as a Controller. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial and business steering and decision making. Your responsibilities will include providing management with insights on business performance, optimizing internal financial processes, and pioneering innovative ideas.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term planning processes and quarterly reporting tailored for key stakeholders and management.
- Conduct financial analysis adaptable to global scenarios and lead various projects related to the CFO agenda.
- Run controller forums across business areas, prepare seasonal reports, and present findings to management.
- Set targets for the company and engage in strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the Corporate Strategy team.
- Develop presentations and translate data and analysis into solid insights presented in a pedagogical way.
Our Corporate Control team is a part of the CFO organization and collaborates closely with business areas and other corporate functions across If. We are a highly skilled and talented team of controllers with various backgrounds and experience. We share knowledge and ideas to continuously stay ahead and help each other succeed.
Requirements- Relevant academic degree and minimum 5 years' experience as a management consultant.
- Experience in project management and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to create and develop presentations in PowerPoint for management and board.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
