
Human Resources Business Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner to join our high-paced environment in the People (HR) area.
The HVD Group is expanding rapidly across Europe with SaaS solutions for tradespeople. To achieve our ambitious plans, we need to build an exceptional team, and this role plays a crucial role in that process.
As a People Business Partner, you will drive people-related efforts towards achieving our long-term business objectives. You will work closely with business leaders and managers to support various people topics, focusing on:
- Providing expert advice on labour law, work environment, and performance to line managers and business leaders.
- Supporting employee administration, including employment contracts, performance development, and salary reviews.
- Collaborating with the People team to input into the overall People agenda and support its rollout in local teams.
- Working on various People initiatives and projects, following up on their progress, and measuring their impact.
- Embarking on an ambassadorial role to inspire others to excel, driving the HVD Group towards its group goals.
- Contributing to the overall people agenda by collaborating closely with the CHRO.
This role requires:
- A proven track record of executing people strategies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a data-driven environment with strong Excel skills.
- Coaching skills at all levels within an organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of Swedish labour law, with additional knowledge of other Nordic labour laws being an advantage.
- A flexible mindset and ability to thrive in an environment with significant responsibility.
- Independence and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and Swedish.
- A degree in HR, business, or a related field.
