Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sollentuna, Sweden. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for advising managers and the business on various HR-related topics, including recruitment, employee relations, labor law, compensation, and benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting managers in leading and managing their teams, optimizing individual and team performance.
  • Contributing to the long-term sustainability of the business through the selection, development, and release of associates, as well as fostering employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Optimizing organizational design and maximizing employee contributions and engagement to meet strategic goals.
  • Implementing appropriate HR projects, best practices, policies, procedures, and employment legislation to aid in achieving business objectives.
  • Ensuring employee practices and advice are in line with employment legislation, protecting the company and employees in areas such as data protection, redundancy, discipline & grievance, working time regulations, discrimination, and terms and conditions.
  • Maintaining professional standards in all HR areas, including services provided by external providers.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, company policies, regulations, and diversity & inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have a University degree in HR or equivalent and demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner position. You will also have familiarity with different HR systems, knowledge of local HR processes and procedures, and understanding of best practices in Human Resources to maintain professional standards.
