We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating program activities, contributing to the roadmap definition, defining objectives, managing resources, and aligning stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate program activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Contribute to the definition of the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define objectives, manage resources, and align stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Maximize cash and margin without compromising on program management and execution processes.
- Manage customer and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) and safety, critical issues, and quality.
