About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Program Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of new research and development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the definition of the research and development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive innovation through the development of new technologies and processes.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced R&D Program Manager who can lead our team to success. You will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and project management.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
