About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Vasteras. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating program activities, contributing to the roadmap definition, and defining objectives, managing resources, and aligning stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate program activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the program roadmap, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define and manage program objectives, resources, and stakeholder relationships to maximize cash and margin.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of program teams, providing technical support and leadership as needed.
  • Manage customer and external stakeholder relationships to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) excellence, with a focus on safety and quality.
