We are a leading provider of cloud-driven networking solutions, serving over 50,000 customers globally.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring and developing business within designated territories and verticals, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new business and establish a robust sales pipeline.
  • Pursue new customer opportunities and develop relationships to increase revenue.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships through proactive communication and tailored sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to convert new leads into tangible sales opportunities.
  • Create new sales prospects and expand existing ones.
  • Build and maintain a personal portfolio of customers by engaging directly with end-users.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with existing customers through consistent communication and strategic upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of product/service updates and operational changes to valued clients.
  • Strengthen and expand account relationships through regular interactions and open communication.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows, representing the organization and interacting with clients.
Key Tasks:
  • Manage daily client interactions to address queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain CRM records with up-to-date customer data, including contact information and call logs.
  • Coordinate sales processes from quotation to booking, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication with clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on quotes to guarantee timely closures.
  • Liaise between sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth quotation and service delivery processes.
  • Regularly report activities to the country manager to align with corporate objectives.
  • Cultivate strong proficiency in the Swedish language to effectively engage with local clientele.
