About the Role

We are seeking a Scientific Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and application knowledge to customers, sales staff, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and application knowledge to customers, sales staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver application training programs on company products and their scientific background.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new sales strategies.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Life Sciences degree, preferably PhD or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and German or French, with additional European language skills beneficial.
  • Prior scientific and laboratory experience with solid expertise in Lab Filtration products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels.
  • Team oriented and customer focused, with the ability to motivate and work well with diverse teams.
